Hailing from Blackpool, Lancaster and Morecambe, but now based in Manchester, Surreal Knowledge are a 3 piece consisting of Derogatory, Jay Madden and Mr Dick.

SK take influence from various forms of music, drawing upon elements of Rock, Jazz, Funk, Soul, R n B and Electro with all the elements of Hip Hop.

SK have gained wide notoriety for their off the wall live shows where the general aim is to create complete chaos (in a super dope way of course) with the aid of turntables, mics, synthesisers, guitars, drums, live sequencing and a whole host of other crazy music making implements.

The band also give out free shots of their very own top level 50% spirit known only as "SK juice" at shows so make sure you're in the front when they play and might just get to taste it's wonders!!

Surreal Knowledge are currently putting the finishing touches to their debut album THE TRI-SPECTRUM ARGUMENT PHENOMENON, which will be coming out early 2010 through Tactical Thinking Records label.
